Local Course Rules
The ball is out of bounds when:
It is over any boundary fence / perimeter fence / or white posts.
It is through the fence at the rear of the second green.
It is on or over the path / fence to the left of the 3rd fairway and green.
It is on any part of the practice area to the left of the 7th fairway.
It is to the right of the line of white painted trees found running between the 10th and 11th fairways, when you are playing the 10th. (These same painted trees do not come into effect when
playing the 11th).
It is on any part of the practice area left of the 16th fairway.
It is left of the white posts and markers left of the 17th fairway and green.
It is on the path or the bowling green, at the rear of the 18th green.
It is on or beyond the path at the rear (left) of the 18th green.
There is a free drop (no nearer the hole) from:
Any "encased" trees or samplings, if the lie of the ball interferes with the stance or playing of the ball down a pre-nominated line of play.
Any ball lying on a buggy path within one club length no nearer to the hole.
Any lie that falls within one club length of a rubber teeing mat.
Any lie that falls on a green or temporary green, other than the one in play.
The sunken draining left of the 13th fairway and running across the 16th and 18th fairway.
In the water tank compound or within one club length of the compound fence, between the 3rd and 4th fairways.
Any area clearly marked as ground under repair.
In winter there is also a free drop (no nearer the hole) from:
Any lie that falls onto any green or grass tee that has been roped off.
You may also:
Remove stones from the bunkers.
It is common etiquette to replace divots and repair pitch marks.
A free drop is one club length from the nearest point of maximum relief.
A penalty drop is within two club lengths from where the ball lies.
The ditch on the 5th & 16th is a hazard.
